Elder Allen
Report 6/12-6/18
Tendercare- Services went extremely well, more than 20 residents, 4 staff, and 2 family members were in attendance for service. Service began with praise and worship led by a resident. After praise and worship concluded, Elder Allen led with prayer and then delivered the Word of God. Elder Allen ministered from the subject matter of obedience. After service ended with a benediction prayer, several residents expressed their gratitude with hugs and kind words. Many of the new residents began to rejoice and explained that they were glad they participated.
Heartland Allen Park- Services went really well, more than 15 residents, 1 staff, and 1 family member were in attendance for service. Elder Allen began with prayer, and moved swiftly into preaching the Word of God. All who were in attendance really enjoyed service. Elder Allen ministered to the residents on the subject matter of being obedient.
Westland- 3 individuals were present for service. Elder Allen taught on the subject of obedience and pulled from the book of Samuel and Judges. Bible study was held for more than an hour. The residents asked many questions and once Bible Study was concluded, the family asked for prayer. Elder Allen prayed for each family member individually and the collectively. All who were present were thankful for the faithfulness of the ministry.
Week II
Tendercare Taylor- Services were fantastic, just under 30 residents, 3 staff, and 1 family member was in attendance for service. Sister Allen led with praise and worship singing several congregational songs which all the residents participated in signing. After praise and worship concluded Elder Allen led with prayer and moved into the subject matter of being faithful. The residents and staff alike began to praise God, and were extremely joyous in receiving the Word of God. Elder Allen began to praise God and thank God for the wonderful blessing bestowed upon the service.
Heartland Allen Park- Services cancelled due to a Home-going Service.
Home-going Service- Due to the ministry at the Heartland facility, it opened the door to a conference call ministry in which staff and others can participate in a Bible Study. A resident from Heartland who was healed and returned home encouraged several individuals to participate, one being her aunt. The resident Aunt really enjoyed services as she tuned in every Thursday to listen to the Word of God. The resident’s Aunt was 91-years old when she made her transition this Saturday. Elder Allen represented the GBWT Chaplain services as the family asked if he would deliver the opening prayer for the Home-going service.
Westland- Elder Allen received a message that the Fidelis client was rushed to the hospital and that the outcome did not look promising. The client’s family explained that their mother would not eat and was throwing up bowel. Elder Allen immediately explained to the family that he would come over and prayer. Elder Allen went to the home and laid hands (prayer) on the client for healing quoting James 5:14-15,Is any sick among you? let him call for the elders of the church; and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord: 15And the prayer of faith shall save the sick, and the Lord shall raise him up; and if he have committed sins, they shall be forgiven him. After praying for the client Elder Allen left and within 1o minutes after leaving the client began to respond, eat, and drink water.

Inkster facility- Greater Bible Way Temple transportation department along with Elder Allen were able to pick-up three residents for service. All three attended service and were extremely overcome by the preaching of the Pastor. During Altar-call Elder, Allen went to minister to two residents and brought them up for prayer. One gentleman explained that next Sunday he is looking to be baptized.
Pastor Jones
Week I & II
St Joseph - The past two weeks services have went extremely well. Pastor Jones expressed that each week there were more than 45 residents and 3 staff were in attendance for service. Pastor Jones preached for two weeks on the subject matter, “ the blessings of God”, and on both occasions many of the residents became excited about the Word of God. This past week both staff and residents began rejoicing in the Lord and praising God. 1 resident expressed their readiness to be baptized, and on Sunday morning the resident attend church service at Pastor Jones church and was baptized. The resident explained that she is recovering well and that she will be released from the nursing facility very soon and plans to join the church.
Ambassador- The past two weeks more than 50 residents and 4 C.N.A’s were present for service. Last week Pastor Jones began to praise God through praise and worship and all the residents began to rejoice and became overwhelmed in the Spirit of God and began to cry. Pastor Jones explained that the residents just began praising God so much that service lasted an additional 30 minutes. After service concluded 1 resident was baptized and several staff members expressed their willingness to come to church on Sunday morning to learn more about the grace of God.
Utica Site- The past two weeks more than 35 residents and 3 C.N.A’s were present for service. Pastor Jones explained that the residents have begun to consider her as their Pastor. When the GBWT Chaplain services first began services the residents were not extremely interested and the staff were not so polite. Now many of the residents have requested Bibles and have begun to wheel themselves to service to hear the Word of God. Staff has become amazed by the resident’s reactions toward the Word that they now attend to gain more insight.
